Rinnai EnergySaver ES38W Gas Fired Direct Vent Wall Furnace, LP, White - 36,500 BTU, 7-State Modulating gas valve, modulating blower, programmable thermostat, self diagnostic. Unbelievable difference in this like day and night highly recommend to anyone.

After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. Easy to install with the caleffi valve and provided brackets. It keeps my daughter's formerly cold ground floor bedroom nice and warm. She no longer needs an electric heater to supplement the old baseboards.
