We bought this set for our tea shop measuring about 800 sqft. We place one in the kitchen and one in the seating area. You can feel the breeze withing 3ft of the machine. We even use a laser and measured the temp to be about 64 coming out from the machine however if you wave the laser just a few feet away its 90 degrees...huge difference. My customers keeps complaining why we don't have AC but when I point to the mirrored AC device saying that we do...they said then fix it! We wasted so... more

Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Replaced an 80k BTU unit with this one. Install was a breeze even considering the old unit was a floor mount and this one hangs on the wall. My HVAC guy showed up just as I was completing the wiring and it took him about 30 minutes to program it and run through a cycle. It's fast! I took a half-hour long shower, and by the time I'd dried, dressed and went to the utility room it was on standby........

Had this boiler for 2 winters now in MA. First winter was hard. This last one less so. Great product. Made is USA. Cast iron. Will last forever my plumber tells me. Still 84% efficient. Doesn't need yearly maintenance like the higher efficient junk out there. That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase. This Burnham is very quiet. No power vent. I use an old school dial thermostat and set it at 67. When I get my heating bill... more
