The installation went as smooth as glass. The contractor was done in one day with my help. I am using this system to cool my garage (20 x 20 x 9) in FL. The system both indoor and outdoor units are unbelievably quite. The system is not cheap. However, you are getting a very high quality product worth every penny. On a 98/98 degree/humidity day the garage was cooled to 72 in about 90 minutes.

It works good except mine started leaking all over the floor inside of 2 yrs and now my contractor says he hasn't heard from the dealer for the warranty. No drain in on the unit so I can't just move it out of my basement.

If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. Have been replacing slant fin through out the house for years. In the past used Runtal, this time Biasi. Wish that the American houses be build with the Euro panels in the first place - heat delivery, fuel savings, aesthetics, etc. no comparison. Runtal was a bit easier to install, more obvious as to in/out connections. Biasi has much more options and the instructions are not the best. I received the boiler in a timely fashion. The box was undamaged. I took it inside and removed the cardboard and it all seemed to be there and in good condition. I was surprised to see it had an outdoor reset built into it. It comes with the outdoor sensor. I will not be hooking this up until spring as I do not want to interrupt my heating system during the cold weather. But I do not foresee any issues.
