Had this boiler for 2 winters now in MA. First winter was hard. This last one less so. Great product. Made is USA. Cast iron. Will last forever my plumber tells me. Still 84% efficient. Doesn't need yearly maintenance like the higher efficient junk out there. That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase. This home has had a Janitrol for 25 years that was a great furnace and coil. This Goodman furnace and A-coil were installed by a professional heat and air company that has installed many of my other houses that I have built. However, very disappointed that it is so noisy. Goodman needs to work on that. Since I have had it for only a month I really cannot give you a rating. Delivery was great and fast. Will give customer service a great job. The heater was ordered on a Friday and I could have gotten it on Wed but I could not have anybody here to receive it till Friday. It arrived on Friday morning just as I finished taking out the old furnace. I had it up and running by Monday, I tried to get the new one as close as possible as the old one in output and so I only got the single stage. I replaced the 100 cfm fan in the bathroom with the Panasonic 300CFMfan. I no longer have a foggy mirror in the bathroom and sometimes I try to fog it up. No more embarrassing stink gas either. After a minute, all objectionable odors are gone. The only draw back is now that it is Winter the cold air rushing under the door and air getting ducked out of the vent register is cold while doing your business. I plan on installing the 150 cfm in my smaller bathroom.
