It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. it was installed on the august 16, 2016 I installed the furnace and the coil and the central unit also changed the duct work and had it all set up I do have a license. but I felt this being a new type to me I called April country air to make sure the warrant was good and they was here In good time now the central unit has been running good and keeping the home at the same temp. we will see how it dose in cold weather I do want to thank you do I need warrant papers or is the paper good

I will recommend the Mitsubishi heat pump to any one. Very efficient product, little expensive but it is worth it to have a nice product.
