There is no problem with ordering or customer service or the price. My problem was with the vendor who shipped the Warmwire 80 sq ft kit. The box arrived only half full, with a 12 pound spool of wire rattling around in the box. The DVD was not in a sleeve, just tossed in the box. The thermostat was in a box that was slightly crushed. Dont know if it will work when install time comes. Hope I made the right choice...

This home has had a Janitrol for 25 years that was a great furnace and coil. This Goodman furnace and A-coil were installed by a professional heat and air company that has installed many of my other houses that I have built. However, very disappointed that it is so noisy. Goodman needs to work on that. Since I have had it for only a month I really cannot give you a rating. Delivery was great and fast. Will give customer service a great job. I bought this in-line fan to pump warm air into a chase containing hot and cold water pipes. When outdoor temperatures drop below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, the air in the chase falls below freezing, so I was worried that the pipes would freeze. This little fan together with flex duct (I stripped away the outer insulation) solved the problem. If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality.
