The product is well designed in both looks and operation. The detailed installation instructions made the job fun. The results - a very happy, cool wife. Unit installed last October. Worked well for the first three months then started acting up. Required constant visits by plumber who at this juncture has no clue what the problem is and neither does the wholesaler or the manufacturer. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEVICE!!
