The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed with how well the furnace was wrapped and secured to the pallet. Installation was fairly simple by my installer. He said that he had installed more Goodman furnaces than any other brand and that it was easy to get parts. Furnace fired up and worked properly. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is that it was about 90 degrees the day it was installed. We didn't want to heat up the house too much. We'll have to wait... more

I bought 2 of these systems for my cabin in NC. Had previously purchased a similar Mitsubishi split for my FL home. They are super quiet and their inverter technology and continuously variable speeds make them very efficient. They have several advanced features, such as scanning and detecting when and where someone is in the room and adjusting for maximum comfort and/or efficiency. I had to buy a boiler to replace one leaking ,putting pilot out..i like the electronic ignition, but seems to be more to go wrong...replace boards $100...standing pilot ,no problems..except leaks in boiler...ill fire warranty claim later...6 year old boiler......i like quality of weil mcclain....we will see about warranty...ps installer now has parkinsons, and will not/can't cooperate......
