Exactly What I Had Expected Sep 21, 2016

Installation was easy. Cools my whole house in full sun quicker than my car cools. A little louder than I thought. Condenser is large. Remote has plenty of settings. Overall, a great product so far.

To begin, I regret buying this daily. It replaced a 10+ yr old Fujitsu that outperformed it in every way. First issue I had was the directional blade motor failing. Ecomfort sent a new part, it's now working. Second issue has to do with the appearance, the seams to not align, many of the gaps between plastic parts are uneven. eComfort is very a professional company. They answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. The product was delivered incredibly fast. The quality of the product is exceptional. It is solid, streamlined, very well crafted and very easy to install. We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options.
