I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. Installing in a bathroom remodel replacing baseboard that didn't have space for. Bypass and thermostat (additional accessories I purchased) allow me to tailor temp in small room. Love the residual radiant heat, perfect for a bath.
