I've got a 334 sqft bunkhouse/office on the ranch. It's been pretty toasty this summer so far & I've been on the computer alot. Needless to say computers are great for putting out heat!! I bought the Rinnai RUC80iN because of it's ability to function with a 1/2" gas line. Starting with 8 w.c. Of pressure, I turned on both showers, the gas furnace, gas dryer and stove........still had 6 w.c. Of pressure and plenty of hot water. Easy self install.....don't believe the hype about needing a licensed plumber.....just common sense and follow the directions.
