I use the IN11 for a typical 6-fam 3-fl walk-up typical of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. 5,000 sq.ft. living space. Check the dimensions. Mine appears twice the length of the photo. Indoor Unit: Runs great. Easy to install. Almost silent at low speed and no louder than a 16" desk fan at high speed. Instructions are sparse but a DIY guy can figure them out with a little help from YouTube as well. Definitely get the outdoor cover track to make the installation look great.
