The heater was ordered on a Friday and I could have gotten it on Wed but I could not have anybody here to receive it till Friday. It arrived on Friday morning just as I finished taking out the old furnace. I had it up and running by Monday, I tried to get the new one as close as possible as the old one in output and so I only got the single stage. Pros: -Wasn't very heavy -Came with many accessories including a flare adapters -Nice to have the option of an intake from the bottom on head units -VERY quiet. -All hook ups are on one side of head unit -Condenser has tons of directional options on how cables/lines enter unit. -Electrical is simple and easily accessible. -CFM displacement is impressive. -Condenser came with good accessories including rubber vibration pads. If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality.
