Had new unit installed in two days and had a licensed AC Tech do my start-up. I saved almost $6000 dollars. Our renters tell us the two heads from the mini-split system heat the home superbly. They also can't believe how quiet it is. My electrician said the installation instructions were very clear and was impressed with how well-engineered this product is. YES | NO WAYNE W Noritz Replacement Heater Dec 14, 2016 i installed two of these in 2008. had to replace one after 6 years the other after 8 years. the only reason i replaced with Noritz was the supposed ease of replacement with the same heater i.e. all piping was supposed to line up...NOT SO! I had to redo piping which cost me an additional $200 because the piping did not line up with original heater.
