AC coil was supposed to be vertical and horizontal. It will only work in horizontal position. Only one drain pan.

We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. I received the boiler in a timely fashion. The box was undamaged. I took it inside and removed the cardboard and it all seemed to be there and in good condition. I was surprised to see it had an outdoor reset built into it. It comes with the outdoor sensor. I will not be hooking this up until spring as I do not want to interrupt my heating system during the cold weather. But I do not foresee any issues. I've got a 334 sqft bunkhouse/office on the ranch. It's been pretty toasty this summer so far & I've been on the computer alot. Needless to say computers are great for putting out heat!! It got to the point where I could only do computer work at night & then I would have to step outside where it was only 90 to cool off.
