Installed a $20,000 under floor heating system. Then the hot water tank leaks, and trying to get warranty service is impossible. I'm buying a new tank for cash, taking out the old tank and then trying to get a replacement under warranty as a spare. Don't install their system.

I have two of these units. The first one I bought was for my Business to handle Domestic Hot-water (via Heat exchange and snow melt operations) Units has been up and running for 2 years with short run cycles from 7-15 Mins.... (not a good thing) but it has held up like a champ. we use 160f water for our low temp dishwasher. Then a heat another Heat exchanger for the Snow melt system. Detailed instructions helped install our two fans. We have one working the garage, while the second unit is on duty in our attic. They are reasonably quiet, and the temperature controller is a good name brand known for consistency. I adapted a pleated air filter to keep the assembly dust free. We haven't noticed a difference in savings on our air conditioner operating, but expect to benefit when we will increase insulation throughout our attic.
