Would have rated this system 5 stars across the board, but the equipment manuals were poorly written. Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. The unit is great, but the directions need work. I would recommend the unit without reservations. The contractor is considering getting one too.
