Not Bad But Not Impressed Either. Sep 30, 2016

Bought the 150 cfm unit with 6" duct for a lot of air movement. Only needed 80 to 100 cfm unit as per professional installer for size of my bathroom. Although unit is very quite and was easy to install I'm not sure it was worth the money for amount of air it seems to move. Also has about a 10 second delay when turning on. Nothing in product description tells you about this delay.

I have extensive building trade skills so installing the AC unit was quite simple for me to tackle myself. I had to have a branch 220v electrical panel added to service the unit. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. Since most licensed HVAC contractors don't want to touch so small a job or they don't want the liability of signing off on the leak test if they did not install the unit themselves. While doing a house remodel, needed to replace (2) bathroom fans. Replaced 26 year old noisy models w/ Panasonic whisper quiet fans. I just wish it was more simple to figure out which connectors were needed. The description should be simpler. All I wanted was 1/2" copper connections but somehow the unit showed up with PEX connections. Overall good radiator though.

This is an excellent panel, although quite heavy - make sure you have something to hang it on. Effortlessly heats our large bathroom with huge windows, in a house located in the Rockies at 8,585 ft elevation (very cold winter nights!).
