AC unit of 8 years died during heat spell and contractors where quoting very high prices to replace. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. I installed the indoor and outdoor units myself including all the electrical work. Initially I installed GFCI circuit breaker per Daikin's installation manual, but it tripped every time the compressor cycled on. I replaced it with regular 20A, 220V, single-phase circuit breaker and it's worked fine ever since. I had a certified HVAC tech install the line sets and test for leaks.
