Had 2 window air conditioners that were not working as well as I expected. Talked to some friends that have the mini split system, and decided to try one. after getting several bids I decided to buy the system outright and install it myself. All went very well, everything was very easy and when I had a question I called Chris and he had the answers or got them in a timely fashion. I would recommend this to anyone, The GREE is a great product.

I recently bought this Mitsubishi A/C with accessories and am very happy with the results. After getting ridiculous quotes from Home Depot and Local Installers, this was by far the better and cheaper way to go. All equipment was shipped right away and arrived in perfect condition. I had to find my own installer by referral - the links provided by eComfort led to installers who did not want to be bothered with equipment they did not provide. The radiator works great. I have installed several of these in my home. The shipping is fast, however beware as the packing of this radiator is below what you'd hope. My radiator was dented on the end as the box was only taped together to make it large enough to hold the radiator.

Away from home for the winter. Family checking our home found the problem, needed a new boiler. I was in another state, went online (this boiler was recommended by the professional), able to work well on your web site. Called a few times with questions, very helpful. Shipped out immediately. Boiler installed without any problems. I returned home a few weeks later to a warm home new boiler, and every thing working well.
