I installed the 50 gal version of this unit last Thursday and have an energy bridge from my electric company that lets me track my real time electric usage. My 13 year old electric water heater was way past its 6 year warranty so I decided to swap it out to this and couldn't be happier. After 3 back to back showers this unit did not even engage the electric elements to reheat the tank, so I doubt I will ever need to moving forward. Work good for a week and half, then burner shut down would not restart caller eComfort and Beckett for help then caller technician he founded out the electric valve in the pump was stuck in one position he got it freed but said needed a new one. and one of the screws stripped in the pump. All of the oil was clean and filter was new before starting the burner. I was charged $226.00 for this. Can I get some help on a new pump. Thank You

Purchased our Goodman furnace online. Was delivered in excellent condition and in short order. Was an easy install. My husband and I were able to complete it in about 5 hrs. Works great! Came with step by step instructions. Couldn't ask for more.
