I was pleased with the way everything came packaged for shipping. Each piece seems to be built well so the installation went together quite well. The old heat system was a very inefficient forced air electric furnace. Our renters tell us the two heads from the mini-split system heat the home superbly. They also can't believe how quiet it is.
