After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. My current Moline heater's heat exchanger failed. Ordering a new Moline 75,000 BTU Hot Dawg from eComfort" I was assured of delivery in time to be installed for the predicted minus ten degree below zero weekend. Friday morning I called your customer service, "It will be delivered by 4PM." I called again at 3:00 PM. "It will be delivered by 4PM"... I called again at 4:30, no delivery? I have used this product before. I would not do a shower using any other product. You spend a lot of time and $ doing a new shower, you should do it right. With this, I know everything is sloped properly, the products fit together and it will be waterproof. We used the shower for a few weeks while tile was on its way last time as the shower is watertight, even without tile.

I bought two of these electric baseboard heaters. My electrician said the installation instructions were very clear and was impressed with how well-engineered this product is. I find the baseboard units to be very attractive and they are providing very even heat.
