VERY GOOD support and knowledge about the product. So quiet I didn't even know it was running. Very efficient, haven't received my first heating bill to know how much its saving me. Delivery was OK (took awhile). I installed the indoor unit in a difficult spot so ducting was a real challenge. The concern was finding a HVAC teck to complete the skilled work. It was several calls to find one and therefore paid more than I had budgeted. Recommend working on that issue prior to jumping in to self installation. Happy with the system.

Ordered furnace - great service, delivered by semi with lift gate - great service, was installed already cool at night has run a few times seems to be great furnace, has plenty of blower power, expecting much lower gas bills than my old 45 year old crane....

The unit is what I ordered, arrived on time slight shipping damage to the metal grill down low on the condenser unit although it didn't hit the coil I will straiten the metal because were I am installing the unit it will not be noticed. Thanks for the great service. Tom
