I had an 18'x20' addition to heat with Hydrondic floor heat, I looked at Micro Boilers for less money but the EMB-S-5, had many built in features which made it much more economical, and easier to install. It had to fit underneath a cabinet so the size of the unit was able to be installed where I needed it. With the thermostat relays and the pump start relay built in, it was very easy to install on my one zone system. The floor was warm over night, it is quiet, and is working perfectly.

This is my 4th Mitsubishi system going in. Superbly QUIET, super efficient, and reliable. I saved a fortune on heating and cooling bills over the years with my 3 systems, this completes the house. Easy to install, well made. Mini Splits are the way to go. Mitsubishi is the king of the hill, in SEER, reliable, features and function, each generation gets better and better. We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great!
