The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. So far so good. I love how quiet the units are and they are doing a very nice job controlling the temperature in our space. But my wife would have loved it if the indoor units came in a darker color. Could there be color options? Just a suggestion.
