They are a front runner in industry and edge out the Mitsubishi in performance. I installed the system myself and was pleased with the detailed instructions. You still need a certified HVAC installer to test the system for leaks and release the refrigerant. Installation was straight forward although no instructions were included (I obtained them online to be sure wire connections were correct.)
