The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Where do I start? I'm no HVAC pro. But I have one on speed dial. After much deliberating and my HVAC expert telling me to go with ecomfort I figured "what the heck". the site is great, the filter is okay.
