The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Couldn't be happier with my new water heater. I used PVC for venting and had a bit of water and gas line plumbing to do, but installation was a piece of cake. Delivery was quick, the box was a little rough, but the water heater was in perfect condition.
