The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Indoor Unit: Very easy installation. This little 9k unit cools a 10 by 10 room and can easily lower the temp down into the low sixties. It is so quiet and you can hear yourself breathe while it's on.
