Love this unit! Installed in the fall, it cools well yet can put out satisfyingly uncomfortable amounts of heat when it's 20F outside and throttles down very low to match demand. Thermostat is rather unintuitive to use all its features and you have only one set of temps in auto mode, but if you don't mind switching from heat mode to cool mode yourself you can program it any way you like. Purchased with a new furnace. Installation was easy great instructions, very easy setup. Really great that the family can program the ecobee for time away from the house, vacations, sleep or just bump the heat up or down from your smart phone or tablet.
