As general contractors, we take pride in our customer service. We ordered the product, it was delivered on time with no problems, the tracking was easy, and the phone reps were very helpful. This is the 3rd unit we have ordered, and all have been shipped on time and in perfect shape. I have one of these and am a bit disappointed when it's efficiency drastically decreases when the outside temperature drops below -10C or + 24F. Still I am very pleased with it. Now the inside unit 'chirps', what is up with that ? Does it need to be oiled ? Doug

Easy To Install Aug 25, 2016

We added on to our laundry room and needed heat and cooling. Upon receiving the unit a couple of us had the unit installed and ready for a AC man The people that take care of all our systems came over, checked for leaks and in a few more minutes up and running. Very impressed with the unit so far. We decided to go with Gree since we had 10 units come in on cabins we installed this spring.

I replaced a Dunkirk XEB-3 (20 yrs. old) with the Dunkirk boiler above. The new one is all most identical to the old one, that is the pipes were located same as the old, so gas and water lines were easily plumbed. The old electrical wires could be used although lengthened to connect to the digital controls. The circulators location has changed, it's still provided with its wiring provided. Venting is the same as the old one. I was happy to get another Dunkirk that installed easily.
